Bleak is an AI agent platform. When you become a customer, we provide you with a Docker image, an instance repository, and support to get your Bleak instance running. You deploy and host Bleak entirely on your own infrastructure. We do not run it for you.
As a Bleak customer, you are responsible for:
You own all of it: your knowledge base content, conversation history, and any data generated through your Bleak instance. We do not access, store, or process your data. It lives on your servers, under your control, full stop.
When Bleak makes LLM API calls, those calls go directly from your infrastructure to your chosen LLM provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). Bleak is not in the data path. You are responsible for complying with your LLM provider's terms of service and usage policies.
Bleak is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Either party can end the agreement with 30 days written notice. When you cancel, you keep all your data. It's on your servers and always has been. We'll help you with any offboarding questions.
If we update these terms, we'll give you 30 days notice before changes take effect. Continuing to use Bleak after that period means you accept the updated terms.
