This website does not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or any other form of tracking. We do not collect any data about your visit.

The Product (Self-Hosted)

Bleak runs on your infrastructure. We have no access to your Bleak instance and collect nothing from it. Your conversations, knowledge base, secrets, agent configurations, and metrics all stay on your servers. We are not in the data path.

LLM API Calls

When your Bleak instance calls an LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), that request goes directly from your server to your LLM provider. Bleak does not proxy, log, or have visibility into those requests or responses.

What We Do Store

We keep only what's necessary to run the business:

• Demo requests: If you book a demo call, Calendly collects your name and email address.
• Billing: If you become a customer, Stripe handles your payment information. We do not store card details ourselves.

That's it.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only data that flows to external services is what you explicitly provide through Calendly (demo booking) or Stripe (billing), and those services have their own privacy policies.
